The Fight / Flight part of our brain is centered in the Amygdala. When triggered it initiates an instant primitive response of aggression or withdrawal, designed to insure we survive as a species. The problem we experience in modern society is that it is triggered multiple times every day, and is not followed by relaxation.
For many of us this results in feeling constantly on edge, anxious, or overwhelmed.
Using Kinesiology we aim to defuse some of the accumulated stresses held in our nervous system, so that our stress threshold can reset to a more comfortable level. We do this by using reflex points on the body, meridian energy points, accessing time frames of past stressful events, and providing insights into more positive response patterns for the future. We aim to help you cultivate emotional resilience and the ability to maintain equilibrium in a wide variety of positive and negative life circumstances.
