B Vitamins Improve Memory - Sunshine Coast Kinesiology

Research published in the December 2014 issue of ‘Nutrition’ Journal showed that increased intake of Vitamin B2, B6, B12, and Folate, improved brain function in people over 60 with a foggy memory, and even those with Alzheimer’s disease. Participants completed eight different tests for memory, verbal fluency and word recognition, and all test results improved when given B vitamins. If B Vitamins can improve memory in these people, there is a good possibility they can do the same for your memory.
